Anti-dandruff oil: Vegetable oils against dandruff for a healthy scalp

A vegetable oil can help cleanse the scalp to combat dry or oily dandruff. It is used in massage, alone or synergy with another vegetable oil, a few hours before a suitable mild shampoo, formulated without sulfates, silicones, and parabens. An oil for anti-dandruff use can also be added with a purifying essential oil such as cade essential oil. Count one to two drops in a tablespoon of anti-dandruff vegetable oil of your choice. In this case, apply only to non-sensitive or irritated scalp, and for the short term to limit the risk of developing sensitivity or allergic reaction. Ask a dermatologist for advice in case of doubt or ongoing medical treatment.

It is important, alongside your anti-dandruff oil followed by a gentle and natural shampoo, to adopt a better lifestyle. Abuse of alcohol and foods that are too sweet, too fatty, or too salty can lead to an imbalance in the scalp. Stress can also play a role in causing hair problems. Consult your doctor, a dermatologist, or another specialist if the dandruff problem persists despite your efforts.
